I have made tomato chutney for rainbow challenge .In every bengalis house you can find this with lunch and dinner. Now fresh tomato is easily available. So I prepared it with aam satwa and kishmish#weekred#Rainbow challenge

5-6tomatoes
as neededAam satwa slices/ aam papad
1 tbspkismish/ raisins
5-6 tbspsugar
1 tbspmustard oil
1/4 tsp pachforon
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 pinchsalt
1/2 tspginger paste

Heat a kadai with oil and give a tadka of pachforon

Add tomato pieces, sugar, aam satwa, kismish, turmeric powder, salt and ginger paste

Keep it on slow flame and boil for sometimes

When the tomatoes are soft and becames thick consistensy serve it with your lunch or dinner.
