Decked-out Swiss Roll

I found these Swiss rolls that were on sale, and came up with a way of making them more like 'fruit-filled Swiss rolls' that are so popular nowadays.
Make sure to strain the yogurt well, or else the sponge cake layer will soak up the water and become soggy.
The cake is quite delicate, so be careful when handling. Recipe by Kahotan mama

Steps
- 1
Place the yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve to strain for half a day.
- 2
Carefully remove any cellophane wrapping and unroll the Swiss roll.
- 3
If the yogurt sweetener is packaged separately from the yogurt, add to the yogurt and mix well.
- 4
Spread the yogurt on the unrolled sponge cake, and arrange your choice of fruit on top.
- 5
Re-roll the cake, using the cellophane that came with it to keep it neat. Chill for an hour in the fridge, and it's done!
