Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, oil, salt, and carom seeds slowly start adding water and mix with your hand. Don't add all water at once. Keep adding water as needed, while mixing, make the dough smooth by kneading it with your fist add some water to your hand and knead. 2-3 times and dough is ready,

Now take a karahi and add oil, chicken,red Chilli Crushed,chat Masala, salt, gram masala, and fry the chicken,

Now take karahi heat the oil and Fry Puri on medium flame,

Then put the puri in plate, spread out Raita,Green Chutney, Then add chicken peace, again add raita and spread out the onion, now rolling your roll and cover with the butter paper,

Now Chicken Chutney roll is ready to eat,
Serve with Raita,
