Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 1 lbboneless chicken thighs
  3. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  4. 1/8 cupmirin
  5. 1/8 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 1/2 tspchicken bouillon powder
  9. 1/2 tsppaprika
  10. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  11. Glaze
  12. 1 tbspcornstarch
  13. 1 tbsp honey
  14. Toppings
  15. 1 tspsesame seeds
  16. 1green onion
  17. 1 cup white rice

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes in the fridge.

    Airfry the chicken for 15 minutes flipping half way.

  3. 3

    With the left over marinade, add cornstarch and honey. Heat until thickened.

  4. 4

    Serve with hot white rice, the glaze, sesame seeds, and green onion.
