Simple and Delicious Madeleine

I got a madeleine mold, so I tried making madeleine.
I prefer using salted butter.
★When you add the cake flour, please be careful not to knead the mixture, but mix until it's no longer floury.
★Please adjust the baking time according to your oven, as it may vary depending on the oven.
★It's still delicious without vanilla oil. Recipe by kiri19

Steps
- 1
Add the eggs which was brought to room temperature into a bowl, and mix. Add the sugar, and whip to incorporate air into the batter until it turns white and soft peaks form.
- 2
Sift in the cake flour and baking powder in, in 2 batches, and fold them in with a cutting motion. Please be careful not to knead the batter.
- 3
Melt the butter and add to the Step 2 batter. Mix evenly, add the vanilla oil, and mix some more.
- 4
Fill the madeleine pan with the batter about 80 %, and bake in the oven preheated to 180℃ for about 15 ~ 20 minutes.
- 5
When it starts to rise and it's nicely browned, remove from the pan.
