Egg/Gluten/Milk/Oil-Free Puff Ball Cookies

Serve as a children's snack after weaning, or before introducing egg/milk/oil to their diet. There's no choking hazard as they melt in your mouth. It's made with katakuriko, so there's no harmful fats.

According the humidity, adjust the amount of soy milk. You could also add vanilla essence or cinnamon. Since no oil is used, they're suitable for kids to play with. If you use brown sugar, they're easy to digest. Recipe by sayata

Ingredients

30 servings
  1. 100 mlKatakuriko
  2. 40 gramsSugar
  3. 50 mlSoy milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the katakuriko and sugar, gradually add soy milk to form the dough into a ball.

    Line the rolled balls on a baking tray (if they're too big they may not cook through, so it's best if they're the size of your finger tip).

  3. 3

    Bake for about 8 minutes. When the balls are slightly brown, they're done.
