Classic Brazilian dessert,given Indian touch for festive mood.

Heat butter in a pan add milkmaid,white compound,heavy cream let it melt,cook till it leaves pan and slightly changes colour.

Place on a plate cool it in fridge.

For filling mix thandai powder and chopped dates it's ready.

Now make balls of chocolate mixture fill with filling, shape into balls

Now make three parts of coconut powder add puree, turmeric powder to them to give color.

Now roll and coat balls in colored coconut powder and some with edible pearls.

Thandai Brigadeiro Balls are ready to taste.
