Spaghetti Bolognese (Italian Red Sauce spaghetti)

Our memories with this style of spaghetti insisted me to try at home. Actually, I saw someone who posted Bolognese recipe with picture and as a food critic I was so shocked because of that main ingredient was missed. And this kind of spaghetti we cannot make it at home. I researched, talked to Italian chefs and asked them the substitute.
I did not try earlier only because of that main ingredient that is red wine but I got an amazing responses from my research and Italian chef friends.
Do you know the substitute of red wine is what? Yes, Anar (Pomegranate)ka sharbat. I just bought a Pomegranate cordial syrup last time when I went for grocery. And there was no intention to make this. But when I saw the replacement, I didn’t take my step back and try it with cordial. Yes, yes it was an experiment. But I succeeded 😃
And cook that amazing creamy red sauce spaghetti 🍝 Try this, believe me this is a great addition for you menu too. 😋
