Wash Urad dal and soak in water for 6-7 hours.

Then add the soaked Urad dal in the mixer and grind into a smooth paste.

In this paste add rava and mix well. Keep aside for 4-5 hours.

While making wadas add salt and mix well.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the wadas until crisp and brown.

When the wadas are still warm soak them in water for 5 mins to make them spongy.

Squeeze all the water from the wadas and keep aside.

To make the curd mix first whisk the curd. Add some water and whisk again to get a perfect thick consistency.

In a mixer add Green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves. Make a paste and add this paste in the curd.

Then add sugar, salt and Jeera powder.Mix well and keep in the refrigerator.

While serving, first place the wadas in a plate. Then pour curd over it.
