  • 1 cupdry coconut
  • 10-12garlic cloves
  • 3-4dry red chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchhing/asafoetdia

    Dry roast the coconut and red chillies.

    Once cooled, take it in mixer pot. Add the garlic pods and salt and turmeric powder.

    Pulse the mixture till you get nice fine powder and our garlic coconut chutney is ready.
