First of all put butter in the cooker. Now add bay leaf in it and stir.

Now add ginger garlic and onion and fry them.

Now add beetroot carrots and tomatoes and mix well.

Now add water and salt and mix and cook till it comes to 3-4 whistles. And turn off the gas flame

Now let the cooker cool down and then put the vegetables in the sieve and keep the water aside.

When the vegetables cool down then make a paste, churn them in a jar of food processor.

Now pour the paste mixture into the cooker and mix the filtered water and add water as per your preference and allow it to boil.

Now add black pepper powder and mix and mix by pouring the corn flour into the water and turn off the flame of the gas when it comes to a boil.

Now the Beetroot Soup is ready to serve, garnish it with cream and serve hot.
