Ingredients

  • 1 lbsweet Italian sausage (leave whole links for roasting)
  • 2-3green peppers sliced long
  • 1onions sliced
  • Lots of fresh garlic minced (10 cloves?)
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cupsrice
  • 3 cupsbeef bouillon
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400° roast sausage on greased sheet pan for 25 min

  2. 2

    Todd in a bowl the veggies, olive oil, and seasoning. Place on sheet pan and put the sausage on top. Roast for 45 more min.

  3. 3

    While veggies roast make the rice up. Bowl in beef bouillon water for 18 min and finish with a little butter.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice, enjoy!
