Heat strawberries water,sugar,vanilla assence in a pan over the medium heat.

Until strawberries have soften and you have a syrupy sauce don’t mash it bc you want some chunks of strawberries in ice cream now set aside to cool.

Whip the cream cheese than add condensed milk and more whip.

In a separate bowl whip the cream to sniff peaks than fold it in the cream cheese n condensed milk mixture now mix half of the broken biscuit also.

Now in a air tight box layer some cream mixture and strawberry sauce and crushed biscuits repeat it.

Now on top add some sauce and swirl with knif or stick and tap the box on counter.

Tightly close the lid and freeze it for over night.
