Fried Chicken Cutlets

A classic recipe that I really love. My favorite part is the hint of vinegar flavor. Give it a try!

A classic recipe that I really love. My favorite part is the hint of vinegar flavor. Give it a try!
Steps
- 1
Soak the chicken slices in the vinegar for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, season the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, a little chopped parsley, and the grated Parmesan cheese.
- 2
Beat the eggs vigorously with a fork and heat oil in a pan for frying.
- 3
Take a slice of chicken, let the excess vinegar drain off, and dip it in the beaten eggs, coating both sides well.
- 4
Next, press the chicken slice into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure it sticks, then place it in the hot oil.
- 5
Fry until golden brown on both sides. Let the cutlets rest for a few minutes on paper towels to absorb excess oil, then serve!
