  • 1 kgflour
  • 50 gmsOil
  • pinchSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour with water and salt
    Your water need to be cold

  2. 2

    Make small balls like 30pcs

  3. 3

    Roll the balls round like chapati but medium size.

  4. 4

    Apply each ball with oil on the top, then put them into layers until the end

  5. 5

    Roll then all 30pcs together.

  6. 6

    On a hot pan put your manda and start removing the layers one by one.
