This delicious recipe usually enjoy with chapati or rice. This can be taken orally or with salad also.
Steps

Boil all 5 gram pulses with water, salt and turmeric.

For making gravy take oil in a pan when heat up add cumin seeds, funnel seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, bay leaves, heeng, red pepper then tomato paste, stir it and cover with lid for some time.

Stir in between the regular intervals of time.

When oil spills over it add cooked/boiled pulses/gram in it.

Now add amchur powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, hara dhania to it and cook it on low or sim gas for 5 minutes. Stir continuously at regular interval of time.

If pulse /gram is thick add lukewarm /hot water to it.

Add ghee before serving. Enjoy with chapati and rice.
