  1. 1/2 cupurad gram
  2. 1/2 cupchana gram
  3. 1/2 cupmoong gram
  4. 1/2 cupmasoor gram
  5. 1/2 cuparhar/tuvar gram
  6. 1/2 literwater
  7. 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. Gravy
  10. 4tomato medium size
  11. 1 teaspoonRed pepper
  12. 1 teaspoonFunnel seeds
  13. 1 PinchHeeng
  14. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  15. 1 teaspoonCoriander seeds
  16. 2Bay leaves
  17. 2-3Cloves
  18. As required Oil
  19. Spices after adding gravy
  20. 3 teaspoonAmchur powder
  21. teaspoonGaram masala
  22. 2 teaspoonKasoori methi
  23. Garnishing
  24. as required Hara Dhania chopped
  25. Serving instructions
  26. 1 Teaspoonghee

    Boil all 5 gram pulses with water, salt and turmeric.

    For making gravy take oil in a pan when heat up add cumin seeds, funnel seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, bay leaves, heeng, red pepper then tomato paste, stir it and cover with lid for some time.

    Stir in between the regular intervals of time.

    When oil spills over it add cooked/boiled pulses/gram in it.

    Now add amchur powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, hara dhania to it and cook it on low or sim gas for 5 minutes. Stir continuously at regular interval of time.

    If pulse /gram is thick add lukewarm /hot water to it.

    Add ghee before serving. Enjoy with chapati and rice.
