Steps

Pour water in a cooker and place a stand in it. Place a plate on the stand in the cooker.

Add potatoes and green peas to the cooker. Boil it for 3 whistles.

Peel the boiled potatoes.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, green chillies and ginger garlic paste to it.

Squeeze the green peas and add it to the oil along with hing.

Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and turmeric powder to it.

Grate the boiled potatoes. Smash the green peas.

Add cumin seeds powder, salt, hing, garam masala powder and turmeric powder to the grated potatoes.

Add the smashed green peas and sugar to the grated potatoes.

Make it into the shape of the tikkis.

Apply little bit of oil to a pan.

Cook the tikkis on the pan both the sides till it becomes brown in colour.

Apply little bit of oil on the tikkis.

Serve these tikkis with ketchup or sweet chutney.
