Steps

Firstly prepared idli batter taking rava in bowl also curd,salt, mix it with water until batter become smooth.

Mix only in one direction and check consistency and store it for 15min.

Side by soaked baking soda with water and grease the mould of idli with oil and heat the water in idli pot

After completing 15min add baking soda in batter and Orange colour.And mix it well then add in idli moulds

As in heating water pot add idli moulds cook it for 10mins.Then check with the help of knife.

Side by make chutney by adding coriander leaves, cumine seeds, green onions,salt,raw mango, pudina and green chili.Grinder it from mixser.

After cool down remove idli from mould and serve delicious 😋 idli and chutney.
