  • 1 1/2salt
  • 1 1/2black pepper
  • 2 tbspwedges seasoning
  • 1/2 tspcorn starch

    Add cold water for 1 hour

    Drain and dry with paper towel

    Add seasoning and fry for 5-8 mins till golden brown
