1 bar80% dark chocolate
1 barwhite chocolate
200 gbutter
4 tbspolive oil
1 cupbrown sugar
1 cupfull of plain flour
2eggs
4 tbspcocoa powder
1 tspvanilla extract

Melt butter, sugar, chocolate and olive oil in a saucepan on low heat. Keep stir it gently until the ingredients all melted and combine.

Turn of the heat and transfer your chocolate mixture in a big mixing bowl, add 1 egg at the time and use hand whisk mix it well. Add another egg in and mix well again. Add vanilla extract and combine them together.

In another big bowl, sieve flour, cocoa powder together. Transfer the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on no.2. Mix well.

Pre heat your oven at 180c and lay your baking tray with baking paper, pour the brownies mixture in and spread it out evenly. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 min. Check if you put wooden skewers in the middle and the skewer come out clear means it cooked. Let it cool down before cut it into portions.

You can also decorate your brownies with Easter eggs by adding them on top before bake.

You can also melt extra chocolate and spread them over once your brownies cooked to make a nice and glossy top. You can also do two colours swirling effects using melted milk chocolate spread on top first and then add some white chocolate on after. Then use bamboo stick swirl it around to make some nice pattern.
