Add 2 cups of semolina into a mixer jar and make a fine powder of it.

Add this fine semolina powder into a mixing bowl and add boiled & cooled milk

Mix it well & let it rest for 30 minutes.

Into a small bowl, add 1/4th cup, boiled & cooled milk, add 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Into another bowl,put 1/2 cup maida,1tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp baking soda and sieve all ingredients into a bowl and keep it ready.

After 30 minutes,mix it well,add half cup of cooking oil, 1& half cup of sugar. Mix it well. In a minute or two sugar melts and forms water consistency.

Add dry ingredients & mix it well.mix the batter. Add the curdled milk & give it a mix. The batter is ready.

Heat a kadai, drizzle some drops of oil & put a butter paper.close it with a lid. Cook for 45 mins on a low flame. Allow to cool

The tummy cake is ready. You can garnish it with tuty fruity & chocopops as 11 disciples & then also add grated chocolate with honey. Serve as an easter dessert !
