First prepare everything and keep it ready.

Break the vermicelli. Add some water to powder milk to make a thick paste. Mix the regular milk in it.

Heat the banaspati and fry vermicelli for few minutes.

Then add raisins and milk.

When it starts to bubble add in sugar and saffron mixed in a teaspoon of milk and add food color.

Cook until you get a little thick consistency.

Remove from heat and cover the pot.

Dish out after 5 minutes and garnish with almonds.
