Masala Dosa with sambhar

Make separate paste of daal and rice and then mix it adding salt. Keep it aside for 12 hrs.

Take boiled potatoes and take in a pan with oil in it.

Take boiled potatoes and take in a pan with oil in it. Add rye and all other dry masala and fry it.

Take a flat tawa and spread the dosa batter on it. When it cooks little add potato masala in between.

Cook it and serve with sambhar and chutney.

Soak arhar Daal in water for 1 hour and then add salt and turmeric. In a pan add oil and put rest of the daal and roast it.

When done then add red chilli and coriander powder. Keep it with lid aside for 5 mins.

Now make a paste of it. In a pan heat oil and add onion. Then add all the dry masala.

Now add tomatoes and cook well. Once it is cooked now add the arhar daal to it.

Serve it with dosa.
