Quick and Easy Zuppa Toscana
This recipe came to mind when I had an overage of hash brown potatoes in the freezer.
Cooking Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over med low heat.

Add in the bacon and sausage. Cook thoroughly.

Add in the potatoes, with the liquid ingredients. Taste the liquid and add salt and pepper as needed.

Since the potatoes are already cooked you can add the spinach in soon after. Let it wilt.

Ladle the soup into bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.
