2Eggs
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onion, slice
2 tbsps Yellow Curry
1 tbsp Oysters sauce
1 cup Celery, cut

Prepare squids cleaned, scored and cut into 2cm (1″) strips.

Heat the wok pour olive oil, garlic, onion stirred fried till the onion cook. Add squid, eggs, yellow curry, oyster sauce and celery stirred fried till cook.
