Puttu is the easiest and healthy breakfast choice across kerala and tamil nadu, this can be served with banana, sugar or any veg or non veg curry. I have tried the puttu mix with palak and Cilantro leaves and served with Chicken curry to make it a little more healthy. #CookingwithAyushi #weekgreen

Grind Cilantro Pudina and Palak leaves with 1/4 cup of water, strain it and extract the puree

To the Puttu Flour, add required salt and gradually wet with the green extract till the flour start sticking to itself

Fill in the puttu maker with a layer of coconut and then a layer of Puttu flour and continue this step.

Steam cook and serve with any curry of your choice
