Collects the ingredients.

Wash the bhindi properly. Cut bhindi into pieces. Chopped the onion, cut green chillies in lengthwise. Cut the lemon in two half.

Heat oil in a pan, add methi seeds, hing, let it crackles, add green chillies.

Add bhindi, mix well, add turmeric powder, mix well. Cook it on high flame for 5 minutes. Keep stirring.

Add onion, mix well. Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Add cumin powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.

Mix well. Add salt to taste, half lemon juice, mix well.
