NOTE : RATIO OF FLOUR AND UNI PUFF IS...if the flour 500 then the uni puff is its 70℅
(500x70%=350) - 2
Knead the dough first by mixing all the above ingredients except Unipuff with water and cover it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes put the dough on kitchen counter and knead it again by using palm pressure till it becomes smooth and starchy.

Flatten it by using rolling pin as shown in picture then place uni puff on it.

Wrapp it and cover it with wet kitchen towel for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes,flatten the dough and fold the dough in the manner shown below in pictures and video.

After folding like this,leave the dough for 15 minutes minimum maximum 24 hours (for batter results).

Repeat the procedure again and again for at least 3 to 4 times.
NOTE:FLATTEN THE DOUGH WITH LITTLE PRESSURE DON'T GIVE TOO MUCH PRESSURE WHILE FLATTING THE DOUGH OTHERWISE THE WHOLE LAYERS WILL STICK ON ONE EACH OTHER AND WILL NOT PUFF UP.

NOTE: YOU CAN CHANGE THE QUANTITY ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUIREMENT YOU CAN ALSO CHANGE THE FILLING ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.

1.Sauté onion first till it becomes pinkish brown in preheated oil.
2.Then add ginger+garlic paste in it.
3.In milk mix salt,black pepper,cumin (zeera) and corn flour.
4.Add chicken in sauteed onion mixture.
5.Then add milk mixture in it.
6.At last,add green chilli paste in chicken filling and mix it thoroughly.*YOUR CHICKEN PATTIES FILLING IS READY.*

Now flatten the dough,cut it with Pattie cutter.

Fill the base, egg wash and cover it as shown in picture.

Give an impression with cookie cutter and egg wash it once again.

Then bake it for 25-30 minutes at 200°
NOTE: PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES.
