Steps

Wash palak leaves. Add little water, cover lid & boil for 2 to 4 minutes. Don't throw water, we will use it to Knead the dough.

Take whole wheat flour. Add sesame seeds & carrom seeds or ajwain.

Grind palak paste by adding green chillies. Pour paste in wheat flour.

Add cumin coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, 2 teaspoon oil, sugar, semolina. Knead dough little thick.

Knead dough properly for few minutes, apply oil. Cover lid. Rest it for 15 minutes. Make equal size balls. Apply oil to balls.

Roll it little thick by applying oil on balls

Fry it. It becomes fluffy because of semolina, sugar & oil in dough.

Serve hot with curd, pickle, potato subji or ketchup.
