Spicy Moroccan Chicken

The spices together with the yoghurt surprisingly worked really well and complimented each other. I used banoffee flavoured yoghurt.
The spiciness is up to your discretion. Use less spices for a milder taste, or more spices for a stronger taste.
Natalie Marten's recipe was the inspiration for this dish.

Steps
- 1
Turn on oven. Peel the potato and carrot. Chop the potato, carrot, onion, capsicum, and garlic clove into cubes. The potato can be cut into bigger cubes than the rest.
- 2
Drizzle an oven tray with olive oil. Place the chicken thigh in the centre, surrounded by the other vegetables mixed together.
- 3
Add the curry powder, paprika, coriander, and salt and pepper to the food while it is cooking. Mix well. Turn chicken and vegetables once while cooking.
- 4
Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, add yoghurt and mix in with vegetables until all is coated.
