Asian Pear Yogurt Tart

Asian pear and yogurt make a great tag team, so I combined the two for this tart.
Pears are juicy and sweet as they are, so you can enjoy this tart without having to turn the fruit slices into a compote. Use your preferred recipe to prepare the tart crust.
Adjust the baking time and temperature to your oven. Recipe by Maria358

Fruit and Yogurt Custard Tart Fruit and Yogurt Custard Tart
I thought up a recipe that didn't have much butter, so it would taste okay even if you didn't have unsalted butter.I tried making the crust like frozen pie crust with a cheese-like filling.By making the custard with yogurt, it kind of resulted in the same kind of taste as if I had used cream cheese.Be sure that the pot is completely dry before adding the flour and sugar and mix well. For this recipe, I recommend granulated sugar over castor sugar. If you use granulated sugar, it's easier to remove the lumps. If you don't continuously stir the pot as it heats, it will burn. It's very important that you quickly cool the custard cream. I wanted to think of a delicious way to use some yogurt so I modified a cream cheese recipe. If you over-whip the heavy cream it will become too stiff to use so please be careful. I'm using a low-sugar jam so I'm adding 40 g sugar into the recipe. If you decide to use a normal store-bought jam, please reduce the amount of sugar to 30 g. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

I made this when pears were in season.Be careful not to incorporate too much air into the almond cream or it will expand when baking. Add some water to the apricot jam and bring it to a boil to make it easy to brush onto the tart. If you don't have any canned pears, you can also use pear compote. Recipe by cherry cookpad.japan -

Sweet Potato Tart Sweet Potato Tart
I decided to make tarts with sweet potatoes so that it's easy to carry when giving it away as a gift.Adding cinnamon to the tart crust is optional, omit it if you wish I think there will be leftovers of the sweet potato mixture when using a 18 cm tart pan, so roll it up into balls of preferred sizes to bake with the tart. If you wish to press the mixture through a sieve, do so after mixing in the ingredients. Recipe by Yukimaru cookpad.japan -
Sweet Potato Tart Sweet Potato Tart
I like sweet potatoes and I've been making pies with them often. One day, I thought that a tart might be good and came up with this. When you are baking the crust, watch as you bake as it may burn depending on your oven. I think you can prevent it from burning if you cover it with aluminum foil after some time in the oven. The sweet potato will become hard if you overcook it, so please be paying attention as you microwave it. You do not need to mash it thoroughly. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
