Prep your main ingredients. Make sure the shell fish is cleaned properly. Remove the beard from the mussels and tap the clams upside down to remove any sand

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chilli. Now add the calamari and cook for about 10 mins on low. *Now bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions.* add the mussels, prawns and clams, mix. Add the wine and let it evaporate

Now add the tomatoes and cover. Simmer on medium heat for about 8-10 mins. Drain pasta with 2 mins cooking time left

Add to the sauce and mix continuously for 2 mins to finish cooking the pasta. Serve with fresh parsley
