Whip the meringue really well. Recipe by Tantarou
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Separate the egg yolks and whites. Whip the egg whites with a hand mixer. Add salt and vinegar while you are whipping for a stiff meringue.
- 2
Preheat the oven to 180℃. Place the chocolate in a double boiler. Don't discard the hot water, as you will need it later.
- 3
When the chocolate starts to melt, remove from the double boiler, add the egg yolks one by one, and mix well.
- 4
Add 1/2 of the well whipped meringue into Step 3, and mix well. Add the remaining meringue, and gently fold it in.
- 5
Line a baking sheet with a cloth, and pour in the hot water from the double boiler. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180℃.
- 6
When baked, gently drop it onto the counter. Remove the paper. When cooled, put in the fridge to prevent deflating.
- 7
When chilled, it becomes moist and tastes better than freshly baked.

Cold Dessert Chocolate Bavarois Cold Dessert Chocolate Bavarois
I often make chocolate bavarois, but I thought topping with chocolate syrup and cornflakes would be a fun and enjoyable texture, so I created this recipe! Since I didn't want to the chocolate syrup to be heavy, I put cream bavarois between the two chocolate layers. It looks nice and cool even from the appearance. Please remove from the bowl during Step 3 when the mixture starts to become thick! Please be careful not to thicken it too much. Yogurt dessert with a delicious topping Yogurt dessert with a delicious topping
Sometimes, I enjoy eating a nice bowl of yogurt in the evening, I have tried most of the yogurts that are sold in the supermarkets but they are to sour for me. Butttt the market I have close by has finally placed on their refrigerator shelves Original Greek Yogurt. I was truly happy with this discovery, because I kind of gave up on eating yogurt a couple of months ago and was definitely not happy about this.Anyway, I love to add different toppings like honey and walnuts, or fruits instead of eating plain yogurt. I wanted to share a completely different recipe topping with you which I found a few years ago while watching one of the cooking shows. I thought to myself that this was just an absolute must try. It is scrumptious!!!So, if you like to live dangerously, and by this I mean trying new flavors/tastes then this topping will completely astonish you with the variation of dried fruits simmered with Vanilla, Cinnamon and a few more extra ingredients. 🙂 Foodzesty -

Dessert Cinnamon Rolls Dessert Cinnamon Rolls
I love baking and eating sweets, so I went that direction with some bread.-The reason these are so delicious is because of the prepared dried fruits, but you could also make rum raisin rolls, etc.-If you add too many dried fruits, they'll fall out, so just use a moderate amount.*Use your favorite bread dough and have fun making different variations. Grape Spoon Dessert Grape Spoon Dessert
This is such an old fashion/traditional Greek Dessert, when I was little I would always laugh when they handed me this dessert. (Oh!! I wasn’t alone on this journey I had my side kick my cousin. hahahahaha really cool human being. Love her!!!) So, where was I, oh yes, my mother would always give me that greek one eye slanted face, that usually meant stop it!!! because I was being rude. But my side kick would continue to laugh after I would get that face!! she wasn’t much help. My brother on the other hand who is younger, would always take this little dessert and eat it even though he didn’t like it, just so he would not get that greek slanted eye face. hahahahhahaComing from the states from Pepperidge farm cookies, Oreos, Oatmeal cookies and so much more to this!!! Every year from the age of 10, we used to go on vacation to Greece for the summer and every house, I mean literally every house either in the village or in the city we went to had this Dessert. Now, that I am all grown up, of course I see this with a completely different attitude, and I do enjoy making it. 🙂It is so easy to make, the ingredients basically are Water, Sugar, Grapes. All it needs is a overnight stay in the fridge and a boil the next morning and your done. 🙂 Foodzesty -
German Dessert: Orange & Grapefruit Tart German Dessert: Orange & Grapefruit Tart
This is a variation on my strawberry and blueberry tart.I always make this tart with berries, so this time I made a citrus fruit version. It turned out to be really delicious, so I'm really satisfied! For the juice used to make the gelatin, use the juice from the orange and grapefruit that gathers in the bottom of the bowl.Gelatin does not set in pineapple juice, so use another type of juice. A Fall Dessert Persimmon Tiramisu Mousse A Fall Dessert Persimmon Tiramisu Mousse
I bought a big batch of my favorite mascarpone to make tiramisu, but I wanted to combine it with seasonal fruit too.Once you add the gelatin to the blender, blend as soon as possible. This is not that sweet, so please adjust the amount of sugar depending on how sweet the persimmons are and to your taste. If you don't intend to spoon on some puree, make the mousse on the sweet side. Please adjust how much you whip the heavy cream to your taste too. You can make it creamy or fluffy. Super Easy Silken Tofu Dessert with Sesame Kinako Kuromitsu Super Easy Silken Tofu Dessert with Sesame Kinako Kuromitsu
I enjoyed some tofu jelly topped with kinako and kuromitsu. But I thought maybe it wasn't necessary to make all that and it might be just as good to put the toppings on silken tofu. So I tried it. I also topped it with ground roasted sesame seeds, and there was no tofu smell at all.Silken tofu is the best kind of tofu to use since it's mild and doesn't have a strong smell. You could also use the tofu that comes in packs of threes or processed tofu. Roasting the sesame seeds before grinding them makes them more fragrant. If you just use brown sugar to make the kuromitsu, it will be ready in less than a minute. Recipe by toshiebaba cookpad.japan -
