Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts

For Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I heard that you should not use bread flour (I don't know whether or not this is true) , so I used cake flour instead.
They're the best freshly cooked. If they have cooled, just heat them up slightly in the microwave and dig in. Use whatever you like for the toppings. Recipe by Chopomama

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Other than the ingredients marked with a star, add all the ingredients into a bread maker and knead. Transfer the dough into an icing bag, and cut the bag so that the hole is about 1.5 cm wide.
- 2
Cut a 12 x 12 cm sheets of parchment paper. Squeeze out the doughnuts one by, making hole that's about 4 cm wide in the center of each.
- 3
At 104℉ (40℃), let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Heat fresh oil to 335℉ (170℃) and deep fry the dough, sheets and all. Once the sheets naturally separate from the doughnuts, remove from the pan..
- 4
Using either the ingredients marked with the ☆ or ★, decorate the doughnuts and they are done! (for the ★ ingredients, I've listed enough to smother each doughnut!)

I tried many different combinations to make these and finally arrived at these Krispy Kreme-style doughnuts.Shaping them takes practice! At first I tried over and over to make them. They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine. If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour. Soft and Chewy Krispy Kreme-Style Donuts Soft and Chewy Krispy Kreme-Style Donuts
Krispy Kreme donuts are too far from me to buy, so I wanted to replicate their recipe. After many attempts I think this recipe comes close.Don't cover the donuts in plastic wrap for the second rise. For beautiful donuts take care when removing them from the wire rack. Use fresh oil when frying the donuts. If the oil temperature is too low, the color will be good by the donuts will be greasy, if the temperature is too high they'll cook too much and become hard. It's hard to get the temperature right. Please adjust the temperature as necessary. For 9 donuts. Recipe by koka mama cookpad.japan -
Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts) Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts)
I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -

Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts
My favourite treat is doughnuts! After lots of trial and error, I managed to mimc the taste of Mister Doughnuts! Unfortunately, when I originally tried cooking them in my 2 silicone doughnut trays they didn't work at all (The above picture shows what happened when I took them out of the tray. It was too late, and they didn't come out as nicely as I wanted.)They are very soft freshly baked, so if you are using a silicon tray, let them cool for a little bit before removal. Let them cool properly, and they will have a really smooth surface. By the way, I used a metallic tray.Use a ripen banana for ultimate results. Recipe by Aoisakana cookpad.japan -
