400 gmschicken breast fillets
Korma sauce
Smoked Paprika
2table spoons of double cream
Salt and Pepper
Medium bag of fresh spinach leaves

Seasoned chicken with smoked Paprika, and then fry in a little olive oil until cooked through.

Add Korma sauce and fresh spinach leaves

Stir slowly until spinach is warmed through

Add 2 tablespoons of double cream for extra richness

Serve immediately with warm garlic pitta bread

It is such a good idea to add spinach leaves to a curry sauce, it always brings the dish to life I think and your korma looks really delicious 😋
