  1. 150 gramsChrysanthemum greens
  2. 2 tsp●Sesame oil
  3. 1and 1/2 tablespoons ●Soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp●Sugar
  5. 1 dash● Chinese soup stock
  6. 1 dash●Grated garlic
  7. 1White sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the chrysanthemum greens (see helpful hints). Drain and squeeze out excess water. Cut into 2 cm sections.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine the ● ingredients. Add the chrysanthemum greens, and mix everything together. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
