Fry meat in a pan till color change

Add ginger garlic paste in it mix well

Add all spices in it mix well

Add soaked n washed chana Daal in it

Add chopped onion in it Add 4 cups water

Cook till tender

Check again after 30 min if not tender meat add more water

Cook in a low flame till meat completely tender

When meat tender n water completely dry

Grind all better in a chopper

Take it out Now add chopped mint leaves n chopped green chilli n chopped onion in it

Mix well with the help of hands or spoon

Now make a shape of kababs

Wrap it n freeze it for ramadan

It's yummy n make burgers in iftar which is my kids favourite as well as heavy iftari
