Ingredients

  1. I big bengan slice cut
  2. 1 cupChickpea flour (Besan)
  3. Salt as your taste
  4. halftsp ajwein
  5. 1 tspWhite zeera (cumin)
  6. 1 tspRed chili powder
  7. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  8. Water (making a batter)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Besan), Salt, white zeera, Ajwein, Red chili powder, haldi powder and mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Then add water
    & make a liquid paste.
    Wash bengan and cut into round slices and sprinkle red chilli powder both side. Dip slices in the batter

  3. 3

    And fry until golden brown.
    Now bengan ka Pakoray is ready to Serve with ketchup, green chutney etc.
