Ingredients

3 people
  1. 1 cupgoonda
  2. 4 tspGreen methi seeds( fenugreek)
  3. 2 tbspbesan/ gram flour
  4. 3 tbspoil
  5. 1 tspmustard seeds
  6. 2 tspjeera/ Cumin seeds
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspdhanya jeera ( corinader cumin)powder
  10. 1 tbspaamchur ( dry Mango)powder
  11. 1 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the green methi in water. Boil the goonda for 3 whistle. And dry roast the besan.

    Now heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seed and jeera, once it crackers add soaked methi seedsand stir, then add boiled goonda and stir.

    Now add all the spices and stir let it cook for 3 mins, then add roasted besan and mix well. Let it cook for few mins stirring constantly otherwise it will stick on the base. Your goonda methi sabji is ready to eat
