Soak urad dal, raw rice and methi in morning. Night grind in wet grinder. Add required amount of water. Add salt n ferment overnight.

Next day morning whisk dosa batter well. Check the consistency. If it is thick add water n mix. Grate carrots, slice onions, cut green chillies n coriander to pieces. Put the pan on stove spread the ladle full of batter on pan. Sprinkle onions, carrots,coriander and green chillies.

Cover n cook on low flame for 3 to 4 min then increase the flame. Once you see the brown colour flip n reduce the flame other wise onions will get burnt. After 2 to 3 minutes take out to a plate.
