In a kadhai boil 1 litre milk.

Once it starts boiling, reduce the flame and let it simmer until the milk gets reduced to ⅓rd of the quantity.

As the milk boils it leaves milk solids at the edges. Keep scraping it off and mix it back into the milk.

Now add 2 tbspn Sugar, 2 tbspn Jaggery and ½tspn Cardamom Powder.

Mix it well for another two minutes. Turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool it down completely.

Now take the mangoes and cut the top of the mangoes. (the crown)

Insert the knife and take out the mango seed. Do this by removing the pulp from its sides and then rotate the seed and pull it out.

Put back all the pulp. Fill the mango moulds with kulfi, cover with mango crowns and freeze it for 7 to i hrs.

Once kulfi is set, remove from freezer andpeal the mangoes. Cut it into small disc.

Decorate using nuts like Almonds, Pistachios and Rose Syrup. Serve it immediately.
