Wash and boil eggs until fully done

Remove skin and cut into halves

In a bowl add baisan, soda, salt, zarda color and chaat masala mix them

Add water gradually until batter is done batter consistensy should be medium

Dip eggs into batter and deep fry for medium flame
- 6
Egg pakore is ready sprinklchaat masala and serve with ketchup
