1 tbspTempura crumbs
2 tbspJapanese leek
1 tspSesame seeds

In a bowl, add the tempura crumbs and sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix lightly.

Mix evenly with the rice, do your best not to leave any clumps. Add the leeks and sesame seeds and mix again, taste as you go. Add salt if necessary.

Form into a ball or any shape, and it's done. ☆ If you like, wrap your rice ball with toasted seaweed. ❤

How to preserve tempura crumbs: When I make tempura crumbs at home, I line a plastic container with paper towels and spread the crumbs on top. The crumbs should keep for a week.
