Qeema samosay

Qeema Samosay, Alu, daal, cheese aur ab a gai pizza, tandori Tiqqa, bihari, bbq flavors etc 🤔.
Tips :🌷For freezing samose first spread them on a tray, put in freezer for 1 hour then make packets of 12/6acc to need and freeze them.
🌷Take them out 15mins before frying
🌷If frying directly from freezer than put them directly in cool oil in karahi then open flame.

In a pan or wok put ginger garlic paste and open flame after few seconds put qeema and mix well, no oil is added now cover and cook on low flame, than after 10mins add all masalay and cook till qeema is done check seasonings now add all chopped vegetables and mix well

Let it cool
Make a paste of maida and water for sticking samose, it should not be runny. Take samose patti. and fold like this in pics - 3
Fill qeema and apply lai on edges.

Make all like this, keep them separate than freeze them. Take them out 15mins before frying.
When frying heat oil in karahi n put them in medium low heat, fry from both sides till nice golden colour comes. Take them out on a strainer or tissue.
