I would like to thank Sampa Bardhan Ray for her wonderful recipe which I have recreated.
Chilly Paneer is an Indo Chinese recipe. This recipe is frequently made in my kitchen and it tastes delicious.
I use fresh paneer cubes and not deep fry paneer and neither I add cornflour or maida to cook chilly paneer.

Gather all the ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan, on high flame, add the ginger-garlic chopped. Stir fry for 1 minute. Now add the diced onion, sliced green chilly and green capsicum.

Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and fresh paneer cubes. Cook for few minutes.

Add the sauces tomato ketchup, green chilly sauce, soya sauce and stir very well and adjust with some salt.

Serve piping hot.
