Ingredients

20 mins
2 servings
  • 1 packfrozen cod fillets
  • 1/3 boxpassata
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspwhole cumin
  • 1 tspGarlic crushed
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspfish masala (I make my own)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil heat add cumin allow to temper for few seconds

    Add passatta and all spices add 1/2 cup water stir and allow to cook for 10 mins

    Add fish Allow to cook for 5 mins
    Garnish with coriander and serve hot
