Easy Pizza Dough (no proofing needed)

I tried various different recipes for pizza and finally settled with this one.
-Simple Pizza Sauce: Add a little bit of mustard to ketchup and mix.
-To make it more Italian: Sprinkle on some oregano or basil.
-To make it taste even better: Swirl on some olive oil.
-Spread out the dough to match the baking tray that fits in your toaster oven. Make sure to check the size beforehand.
-Since the crust is thin, the cheese easily melts off, so please place the pizza on a sheet of parchment paper while baking. Recipe by maynyan

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Use a spoon or long chopsticks to mix it around and around. When the dough begins to lump together, use your hands to knead it and bring it together into one lump.
- 2
At this point, if the dough is difficult to bring together, add 1 tablespoon of water and continue kneading.
- 3
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a lid or plate to prevent drying. Let it rest. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings.
- 4
When you have finished preparing your toppings, roll out the dough.
- 5
Separate the dough into 2 portions. Use your hands or a rolling pin to thinly roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm. It won't stick if you dust it with flour or cover with plastic wrap while rolling.
- 6
Place the dough on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Top with your choice of cheese and toppings. Bake in the toaster-oven until crispy, and then it's done.
- 7
You could also cook it with a frying pan. You can cook both sides, or cover with a lid and steam cook it. Laying out a sheet of parchment paper will make it easy to remove.
- 8
If using Mozzarella cheese or fresh and very juicy tomatoes, use a paper towel to dry off the excess liquid and then place on the dough.

Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Basic Pizza Dough Basic Pizza Dough
I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -

TIPS:The dough can be frozen. Remove it from the freezer 2 hours before. Put plenty of flour on the work area when rolling out the dough because it is wet.You can put seeds in the flour (such as pipes, poppy seeds…).Some ingredients can let out a lot of water (such as courgette) and the dough can be soft. Cook the ingredient first and drain it a bit. chef.joana -

When I was making pancakes, I realized I didn't have enough milk and they turned out to be quite heavy and cake-like. That gave me the idea to make this. I tested this recipe many times and finally settled on this recipe. It won't create crispy pizza, but I love the softness and the thickness of this pizza, and am really happy with this. There aren't really any hints.Since there's no need for rising or kneading, it can be made in a flash! It will probably taste even better if you make real pizza sauce!
