Easy Pizza Dough (no proofing needed)

I tried various different recipes for pizza and finally settled with this one.
-Simple Pizza Sauce: Add a little bit of mustard to ketchup and mix.
-To make it more Italian: Sprinkle on some oregano or basil.
-To make it taste even better: Swirl on some olive oil.

-Spread out the dough to match the baking tray that fits in your toaster oven. Make sure to check the size beforehand.
-Since the crust is thin, the cheese easily melts off, so please place the pizza on a sheet of parchment paper while baking. Recipe by maynyan

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 50 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 50 gramsCake flour
  3. 1(You can use all-purpose flour in place of bread & cake flour)
  4. 1 tspBaking powder
  5. 1 pinchSalt (optional)
  6. 50ml~ Water (or whey, if available)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Use a spoon or long chopsticks to mix it around and around. When the dough begins to lump together, use your hands to knead it and bring it together into one lump.

  2. 2

At this point, if the dough is difficult to bring together, add 1 tablespoon of water and continue kneading.

  3. 3

Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a lid or plate to prevent drying. Let it rest. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings.

  4. 4

When you have finished preparing your toppings, roll out the dough.

  5. 5

Separate the dough into 2 portions. Use your hands or a rolling pin to thinly roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm. It won't stick if you dust it with flour or cover with plastic wrap while rolling.

  6. 6

Place the dough on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Top with your choice of cheese and toppings. Bake in the toaster-oven until crispy, and then it's done.

  7. 7

You could also cook it with a frying pan. You can cook both sides, or cover with a lid and steam cook it. Laying out a sheet of parchment paper will make it easy to remove.

  8. 8

If using Mozzarella cheese or fresh and very juicy tomatoes, use a paper towel to dry off the excess liquid and then place on the dough.

  9. 9

This is a tuna, corn, red pepper, chikuwa, and mayonnaise pizza.

  10. 10

This one is olive oil, ketchup, red pepper, basil, and pepper.

  11. 11
