  • 2large turkey fillets
  • 1egg
  • 50 gunsweetened corn flakes
  • Spices to taste (garlic and onion powder, oregano)

    Cut the fillets into strips, dip them in the beaten egg, and then coat with crushed corn flakes mixed with the spices.

  2. 2

    Cook for 15 minutes at 375°F in the air fryer, or 20 minutes at 350°F in the oven, and enjoy!

  3. 3

    The sauce is the same yogurt and mustard sauce as in the "fried" sweet potatoes recipe.
