Add the sugar, curry powder, fish sauce, and cilantro to a bag and mix together.

Take your chicken from Step 1 and marinate in the mixture from Step 2. Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator.

Thoroughly cook through over low heat on a barbecue grill.
