Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gall-purpose flour
  2. 200 gsemolina flour
  3. 1small packet of dry yeast
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 600 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a large ball than add the water while mixing and than throw everything in the mixer (the mix will not be thick as your usual American pancakes)

    Cover it and leave it for 30 min

  3. 3

    Cook it on a non-stick pan on medium heat (cook on one side)

  4. 4

    Serve it toped with melted butter and honey
